Like many of the quilt designers I have met through this interview process, Amy Davidson is really not the "same as any quilter" like she professes. It takes an unique individual to take a passion and turn it into a business. It is good that she can't leave well enough alone and feels the need to, not only design, but create designs that people can understand. Amy is first a teacher when it comes to quilting. She writes her patterns clearly and concisely. Read why this makes Amy different than many other designers.
