We are Officially Open Again - Grace Full Creations
Grace Full Creations is Now Open!
I am proud to say, we have finally re-opened our "doors" to our site.
We have a brand new look, new cart, and new policies. When you have a
moment please join us at www.GFCQuilting.com.
Thank you to everyone that let me know if there were any problems in the last week. I am not saying the site is problem free, but all the biggies should be taken care of. If something is acting strange or not doing what you think it should be doing, we would still appreciate knowing about it. Please email us at gfc@gfcquilting.com. We will also take orders via the Phone. (Our Hours: California Time - M-R 9 am to 5 pm, F 9 am to 3 pm, Closed Saturdays, Most Sunday 12 am to 3 pm)
About the Site:
We have designed the site to be 3 column 1000 resolution. This should be big or small enough for anyone with a 15" monitor or bigger to see the entire site...provided you have set your resolution to be its best. This means that your monitor, even if old should be set at its best resolution. Yes this will make your type look smaller, but all programs allow you to enlarge the type size via the program so you get the clearest type possible. If you need help, just give me a call or email and I would be happy to help.
If you received this email, you are listed as a registered member of our site. Your log-in ID and passwords have been transferred over as well as your profile information.
We ask that you remain as part of the Registered Members Update list so
that we can communicate with you. There will not be any sales or
marketing messages sent to this list.
If you are having trouble logging-in,
please make sure that you have your ID and password typed correctly.
The system is case-sensitive. If that doesn't work, please use the
"password recovery" located in the Authentication menu (right column).
Please keep in mind that if you do not get the recovery emails,
your email program or ISP may have blocked my addresses or the emails
might be in your spam or junk mail folder. You can help prevent this by
adding gfc@gfcquilting.com and quilts@gfcquilting.com to your address
book. If our addresses are blocked there is nothing, we can do on our
side. You will need to adjust your email preferences and contact your
ISP (your internet connection company). If after trying all of this and
you get the emails, but still cannot log-in, please contact me via the
emails above and I will do everything I can to help.
Once you have logged-in correctly,
you will be prompted to change your password. This is programmed this
way for security purposes. You will only have to do this once.
We are still adding products in. This is a very slow process, but we did not want to delay any longer. Watch for updates.
Our Membership Benefits have changed. Please read our Member Benefit Policy. As Members you have the privilege of downloading free patterns and getting discounts on selected products.
QCA Dual Members-
If you were listed as a QCA member in our old site this pertains to
you. Since this membership was a promotion between my company and
Quilters Club of America in 2008, we have discontinued this membership.
It was adding too much confusion for new members. If you still had time
on your initial year, we will be adding 20 bonus points to your account
in the coming weeks to compensate for taking away the free shipping
benefit. We hope to have this done by August 10. When we update your
bonus points you will get an email stating your profile has been
updated, although it may not state how it is modified. You can see how
many bonus point that you have, by logging-in and reviewing your
profile.
Mailing Lists - We now have 3 mailing lists. Please adjust your profile to change which newsletters you are subscribed to.
Sew Newsworthy - an HTML monthly newsletter with articles, tips, and information for quilters.
Loose Threads
- a short text news feed announcing new products, specials, and other
sales and marketing information. We will attempt to keep emails short
and to the point. Loose threads will go out as an "as needed basis"
which might mean occasionally 2-3 in a week, but mostly just one a
week.
Registered Member
- a text based email stating only information that affects registered
members only. Only registered members will be on this list. We request
all registered members be apart of this list.
Registrations for the Blog and Forum - Our Forum
has been set up and is fully functional. We have many tips and
discussions. Forums are only as good as the participants. We welcome
you to register and participate. I have also started a Blog. It is in its beginning stages and has not been refined. Please register on the blog if you would like to receive updates.
If you no longer want to be registered on our site
(what a sad thought) then please login and then "delete" your profile.
After your profile is deleted, you will get one more email from our
system stating your profile was deleted. If you have difficulty
deleting your profile, please email me at one of the emails stated
above, and I will delete you. We would hate to see you go, but we would
rather have willing participants than non-willing.
I hope that you will see the added benefits to our new design and cart.
We are also working really hard at improving our services off-site as
well. We have hired more people to process orders in a more timely
manner and with a goal of Zero-errors. As we get more efficient and
trained, we know this goal is achievable.
I also would like to personally thank all of you who have made our site a
success. Without your business and support, we would be nothing.
